Nutria Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs nutria, diced
    1 lb smoked sausage
    1/4 cup oil
    2 onions, peeled and chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 cups rice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrin's preferred)
    1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
    3 cups water
    salt & pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Heat oil in large dutch oven or stock pot.
    Brown nutria meat and sausage.
    Remove from pot.
    Add all other ingredients except rice.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Return meat to pot.
    Cook 2-3 hours or until meat is tender.
    Add rice and bring to boil.
    Stir and cover.
    Cook over low heat for 35-40 minutes.
