Corn Salad With Tuna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons pickles, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
fresh pepper
Preparation

Mix the corn with tuna, peppers, parsley and the pickles.
Add the lemon and the olive oil to the salad, add the seasonings and mix well.
Let it cool in the fridge for 2 hours and serve!
