Spinach With Cream And Melted Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bunches fresh spinach, washed and dried
    2 cups white sauce
    1/3 cup gruyere, cheese grated
    butter
    paprika
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    place spinach in salted boiling water and add some pepper. cover and cook 3 minutes.
    cool spinach under cold running water, drain and squeeze leaves dry, and chop.
    butter baking dish and add chopped spinach. dab with a bit of butter. season with salt and pepper and paprika.
    pour light white sauce over spinach, and sprinkle with cheese. broil 10 minutes in oven.
    serve hot.
