Baked Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless skinless chicken cutlets
    2 teaspoons seasoning salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 egg
    1 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
    Wash meat and dry.
    Season with the salt and black pepper.
    Dip cutlet in egg.
    Then dip in breadcrumbs, till fully covered.
    Then place in lightly greased baking pan.
    Cook for 20-25 minutes,or until cooked.
