Gluten Free Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
    1 (15 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn (gf)
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    3/4 cup cornflour
    1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the first five ingredients. Fold in the rest of the ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Top with the swiss cheese.
    Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
