Ingredients
    1 cup baby kale leaf
    1 large peach (Fresh, Frozen, Canned)
    4 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
    7 -8 whole almonds
Preparation
    Blend all the mentioned ingredients together into a smooth mixture.
