Asparagus And Orzo Pasta With Broiled Salmon - cooking recipe

1/4 lb asparagus, cut into 3 inch pieces
1/2 cup orzo pasta
5 ounces salmon fillets
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 ounce feta, crumbled
1/4 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried dill)
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
pepper, to taste
Preparation

Preheat the broiler.
Bring a small pot of water (with a lid) to a boil (about 5 minutes).
Add asparagus and orzo to the pot.
After 3 minutes, remove only the asparagus and continue cooking orzo according to package instructions (usually about 6 minutes).
While orzo cooks, season 5 oz. salmon filet with salt and pepper and broil for 5 minutes, or until opaque throughout.
Meanwhile, whisk together feta, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper to taste.
Flake the fish and toss together all ingredients.
