Crock Pot Beer Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs round steaks, cut in 1 inch pieces
    2 (12 ounce) cans beer
    1 3/4 ounces brown gravy mix
    1 (2 ounce) box dry onion soup mix
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In crockpot, pour in beer, then mix in gravy and onion mixes. Place flour in Ziplock bag, and add cubed meat. Shake to coat and add meat to crockpot. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to coat meat in beer sauce. Cook on low 8 hours. Serve over rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.
