Paleo Taco Skillet & Paleo Taco Bowls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    14 1/2 ounces rotel
    14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
    3 ounces taco seasoning
    1 bunch spinach
Preparation
    In a large pan, add ground meat. Crumble and brown.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add Rotel & diced tomatoes.
    Mix in taco seasoning (add water if needed).
    Cook until ingredients are incorporated.
    Serve over torn up spinach.
