Bev'S Best Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    20 saltine crackers, crushed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together, place in pan, forming a loaf like shape. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
