Chocolate Mousse Pie From Trader Joe'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs (i use a food processor)
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
    14 ounces light coconut milk
Preparation
    preheat oven to 350.
    combine melted butter and cookie crumbs, press into a pie pan.
    bake 5 minutes and cool completely.
    melt chocolate over a double boiler.
    combine chocolate and coconut milk in a blender, blend until totally smooth and combined.
    pour into crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    ** you might want to heat the coconut milk first so it mixes smoothly with the warm chocolate.
