Cappuccino Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    TOPPING
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    BATTER
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons folgers classic roast instant coffee powder
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup buttermilk
    3/4 cup pbrown sugar, packed
    1/3 cup vegetable oil or 1/3 cup canola oil
    1 egg
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper liners.
    TOPPING: Combine brown sugar, cocoa and cinnamon in a small bowl. Reserve.
    MUFFINS: Combine flour, instant coffee powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
    In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, brown sugar, oil and egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan.
    Sprinkle muffins with reserved topping.
    Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
