Guinness And Stilton Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ounces butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced fine
2 ounces Guinness stout
1/2 lemon, zest of
4 ounces Stilton cheese, crumbled
1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan and gently sweat the shallot and garlic until soft.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
When cool, add the Guinness and stir gently for 3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Transfer to a blender and process until.
