Super Bowl Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados (I use Haas)
    1/2 lime, juice of
    3 small plum tomatoes, diced
    1/2 medium onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic paste)
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (I like Sriracha)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Halve avocadoes.
    Remove seeds by safely lodging a knife in the seed and twisting to remove and remove from skins using a spoon.
    Place all ingredients in a bowl.
