Grandma'S Butter Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup corn syrup
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup raisins or 1 cup currants
    12 -15 prepared tart shells
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Beat in eggs.
    Beat in all other ingredients except raisens or currents.
    Stir in raisens.
    Fill tart shells 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400 degrees until pastry is brown & center is bubbling. Approximately 10-13min.
