Smoked Sausage, Taters, Peppers And Onions Country Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb) smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces (I prefer Polska Kielbasa)
    4 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
    1 small onion (chopped)
    1 bell pepper (chopped)
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    Combine smoked sausage, potatoes, onion, bell pepper and water in a large pot.
    Cover and simmer over medium heat 15 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are soft.
