Carne Asada Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 garlic cloves
1 jalapeno pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 large handful fresh cilantro
salt
black pepper
2 limes (juice of 2 limes)
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade for beef.
