Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    150 ml cream
    300 ml strawberry juice (with at least 50% real strawberries)
    1 teaspoon potato starch
    2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
    Beat the cream until floaty stiff.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Blend thoroughly.
