Crock-Pot Smothered Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut into thin strips
    1/3 cup flour
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
    1 onion, cut into rings
    2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
    3 tablespoons light soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, smashed
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
    1 teaspoon salt (optional)
    1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
Preparation
    Put steak, flour, pepper in Crock-Pot. Stir until well coated.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.
    (High for 4 hours).
    Remove cover to thicken.
    Serve over Noodles or Rice.
