Crock-Pot Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 -5 lb) boneless pork loin
    1 (24 ounce) bottle of goya mojo criollo, marinade
Preparation
    Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours. Leave meat in crockpot and tear apart. It will soak up most of the juices. Meat will be so tender you can tear it apart with a fork. Serve over rice or on hamburger buns. You can add BBQ sauce but really don't need to because it is so favorful.
