Cottage Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 3/4 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter. Add in remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Doubles easily.
