Chicken Potacchio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    6 garlic cloves, peeled
    salt and pepper
    1 tablespoon rosemary
Preparation
    Cut up the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
    Heat pan to medium heat and add olive oil.
    Fry chicken until golden brown.
    Reduce heat to low and add garlic cloves, rosemary, salt and pepper, and red wine vinegar.
    Cook on low for 15-20 minutes.
