Ingredients

4 salmon fillets or 4 sea bass
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except the fish.
Pat fish dry and coat with sauce.
Preheat barbeque or broiler and cook fish for 5 minutes on each side.
