Autumn Spritzer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle champagne or 1 bottle sparkling wine
    2 vanilla beans
    1 apricot, quartered
    4 teaspoons brown sugar
Preparation
    Put a teaspoon of brown Sugar into each champagne flute.
    Add one piece of apricot to each flute.
    Cut the vanilla beans in half, add to each flute.
    Pour the champagne.
