Healthy Turkey Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1/2 cup carrot, shredded
    2 teaspoons italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    salt & pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup tomato paste
    4 tablespoons water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    In a bowl, mix together turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, milk, onion, carrots, 1 t Italian seasoning, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Press into loaf pan.
    Whisk together tomato paste, water and remaining Italian seasoning. Spoon on top of meatloaf.
    Bake for 50 minutes.
