Penne With Smoked Salmon And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb penne
    coarse salt
    fresh ground black pepper
    8 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 lb frozen green pea
    1 lemon, zest of
    1/2 lemon, juice of
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    scallion
    1 cup chicken stock
    fresh dill (to garnish)
Preparation
    Cook pasta in salted boiling water.
    Cook, stirring until the pasta is\"al dente\".
    Drain the pasta and return it to the warm pot.
    Add the peas, smoked salmon, lemon zest, lemon juice, butter, olive oil,scallions, and stock.
    Simmer till heated through.
    Stir.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with fresh dill.
