Poblano Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 poblano chiles, grilled, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped (I used a 4 ounce can of green chiles)
    2 dill pickles, medium sized and finely chopped
    1 small red onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours before serving.
