Shirley'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Salad
    fresh broccoli, cut in small pieces
    romaine lettuce, torn in small pieces
    4 green onions, chopped (tops & bottoms)
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
    2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
    4 tablespoons butter
    1 package ramen noodles (any flavor)
    Dressing
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
    Crumble package of ramen noodles.
    Discard seasoning packet.
    Saute noodles in butter until browned.
    Mix all the salad ingredients together including the ramen noodles.
    Chill.
    Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
    Enjoy!
