Bean Sprouts Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 lbs soybean mixed sprouts
    Dressing
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon sesame salt
    2 scallions, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons korean red pepper flakes
Preparation
    In a large shallow pot, bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil. Add the salt and bean sprouts.
    Simmer the sprouts for about 5 minutes, tossing them a couple of times to mix evenly.
    Drain very well. Mix the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add to sprouts along with the remaining ingredients.
    Toss well and chill.
