Zucchini Bisquick Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups zucchini, seeded and grated
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 cup pepperoni, chopped
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons parsley, dry
    1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 cups Bisquick
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread into a 9 X 13 baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes, until golden brown.
    Serve warm or cold.
