Cucumbers In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, and salt. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour.
    Drain well.
    Combine cream, vinegar, salt and pepper, add to cucumber/onion mixture, and stir.
    Chill several hours before serving.
