Coco Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup white rum
1/2 cup canned sweetened coconut cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
fresh pineapple chunk
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into brandy snifters.
Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and serve.
