Gorgonzola Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oysters
    3 ounces gorgonzola
    1/2 garlic clove, chopped
    1/4 panko Japanese-style bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Open the oysters and discard their liquid.
    In a small bowl, combine the gorgonzola, garlic, bread crumbs, and butter.
    Mix well.
    Place the oysters on a baking sheet.
    Pour the gorgonzola mixture over them.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
