Vegan Thai Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 naan bread, flatbread (or made from scratch pizza crust)
    1/2 cup vegan thai peanut sauce
    1/2 cup carrot, matchstick sliced
    1 mushroom, sliced
    1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
    1/4 cup onion, sliced
    1/4 cup green onion top, sliced
    1/2 serrano pepper, thinly sliced
    salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375.
    Spread warmed peanut sauce on flatbread or pre-baked crust.
    Layer remaining vegetables on peanut sauce covered crust.
    Top with green onions, salt & pepper.
    Bake for 12-14 minutes until crust starts to crisp up and brown.
