Lemon Extract - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large lemon
1/2 cup vodka

Preparation

Peel lemon with no white.
Bring vodka and lemon peel to a boil. Pour into a bottle and seal.
Let stand 2 weeks or more before using.
