Spirit Happy Diet Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup whole milk
    1 cup of 100% buckwheat flour
    1 cup of 100% barley flour
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/8 cup butter
    make a nice batter (adjust milk amount to get a nice smooth batter)
Preparation
    First add Barley Flour.
    Next add Buckweat flour.
    Add Milk.
    Stir to a nice thin to medium batter.
    Add Butter.
    Add Sugar.
