Picante Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground chuck
    2/3 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped carrot
    2 egg whites
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup picante sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place on a rack coated with cooking spray. Place rack in a shallow roasting pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0F for 35 minutes. Brush picante sauce over loaf. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
