Cheesy Potatoes O'Brien Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb) package frozen O'Brien potatoes
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 cups shredded marble-jack cheese
    4 tablespoons butter
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    paprika
    2 -3 tablespoons olive oil to fry potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
    In a large skillet, heat the oil and fry the potatoes until they brown lightly. Add seasonings to your taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika) while they are cooking.
    In a bowl, combine buttermilk and 1 cup of cheese.
    Pour buttermilk mixture over the hash browns while in the skillet and stir together until mixed.
    Spread potatoes in casserole and top with remaining cheese.
    Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
