Chocolate Mousse Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup half-and-half, scalded
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 egg
    1 pinch salt
    1 tablespoon creme de menthe
    2 cups whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container.
    Process on high for 1 minute.
    Pour into serving dishes.
    Chill until set.
    Top with whipped cream.
