Arkansas Possum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    6 ounces cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup powdered sugar
    1/4 cup pecans, chopped
    1 3/4 cups milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding mix
    1/3 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
    15 pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with sugar.
    Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Whisk the milk, 1 tsp vanilla and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
    Let stand for 2 minutes.
    Spoon pudding mix over pecans.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 C of the cookies.
    Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
    Whip cream with 1 tsp vanilla.
    Spread over pie.
    Top with pecan halves and remaining cookie crumbs.
