Keep My Kids Healthy Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 banana
    8 ounces nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
    3 oranges, juice of
Preparation
    I squeeze fresh orange juice for this recipe.
    Combine all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend on high for about 1 minute.
    Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.
