Microwave Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup vegetable juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons flour
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1/4 cup green onion, sliced
    1 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 2-inch strips
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    1 cup hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine juice, flour, paprika, and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
    Combine oil, onions, peppers, and garlic in a medium microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook on high for 1 minute.
    Add chicken strips and cook for 1 minute.
    Add juice mixture and cook 2-3 minutes until boiling.
    Stir, cover, and cook on medium-low (30%) for 15 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and serve over hot rice.
