Sheila'S Tourtiere - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup water
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 medium boiled potatoes, mashed
pastry for double-crust pie
Preparation

Place all ingredients except potatoes in pot and cook gently app.
25 minute or until liquid is reduced to half.
Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
Prepare pie and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minute.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30-40 minute or until pie crust is cooked.
