Fudgy Chocolate Cupcakes (Or Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    3 cups sugar
    1 cup dark cocoa
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolve in 1/4 cup hot water
    1 3/4 cups water
    1 1/2 cups oil
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Add dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Fill cupcake liners two thirds full (as they rise quite a bit).
    Bake in a preheated 350 oven for about 20-30 minutes (or about 60 minutes for a cake) or until toothpick comes out clean.
