Chickpea Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked chickpeas
    1/3 cup orange juice
    4 egg whites
    130 ml water
    3/4 cup soft brown sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Preparation
    Put oven at 180\u00b0C/350\u00b0F.
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
    Put into greased 21cm pan.
    Cook 50 minutes.
    Cool completely in tin then dust with icing sugar mixed with cocoa.
    If you wish serve with berries.
