Weight Watchers 3 Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) can no-salt-added green beans, drained
    1 (16 ounce) can wax beans, drained
    1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
    1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    2/3 cup chopped green onion
    2/3 cup apple juice
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.
    Combine apple juice and next 6 ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly; and shake vigorously. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Yield 12 Servings @ 1/2 cup for 1 ww pt.
