Buttermilk Herb Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon dried sage
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a medium bowl whisk together all the ingredients.
    Marinate chicken or pork for 1 to 4 hours and discard marinade.
    Cook as desired.
