Spicy Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
    2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Rotel diced tomatoes (or other brand of tomatoes and chiles)
    1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    4 cups chicken broth
    shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in a skillet and drain any fat. Combine meat with tomatoes, corn and beans in 6 qt slow cooker. Add chicken broth. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese.
