Fried Fish Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
12 ounces beer
1 ounce dry yeast
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water --
Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before using.
Leftover butter can be covered and kept refrigerated for 3 weeks.
