Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup peach, chopped
    1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg, sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
    Sift the flour and baking powder together; stir into creamed mixture until just moistened.
    Fold in the peaches and pecans if using.
    Fill greased muffin cups three-quarters full.
    Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
